Change your Password at account.emich.edu

To reset your current password and/or setup your challenge question, go to https://account.emich.edu

If you have forgotten your password, click here

• You will receive the following screen.
  
• Login using your my.emich username and password.
• You will get the following screen. Enter a new password following the required guidelines at the top of the page. Click 'Change Password'.

2. You can use the 'Challenge/Response/Email-Password Reset' Link
   
   


3. You will be asked for your username. If you forgot your user name you can look it up. To look up your user name click here.




4. If you chose option 1 then
   • You will then be asked the challenge question that you setup when your account was activated. When you are finished answering the question, click on submit
     
     
   
   
   • You will receive the following page where you can set a new password. Type in a new password following the guidelines at the left of the screen. Click on 'Change Password'
     
     
   
   If you chose option 2 then an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered with instructions on what to do next.
