Enterprise Data Center Operations

The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Enterprise Data Center Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of data center equipment, systems, and services. Among the team's responsibilities are managing Banner job chains, data center printing, physical data center security, exam scanning services, and all tape backups for core systems.

Optical Exam Scanning The DoIT Enterprise Data Center Operations team also provides an optical scanner service to scan and score bubble forms for exams. The forms called "DoIT Exam Sheets" are available at the DoIT operations window, 127 Pray-Harrold. Some department secretaries also stock them.

If you wish to use the DoIT exam sheet scanning service, please request a "Test Processing Request" at the DoIT operations window. Return all forms and exam sheets to DoIT Operations when they have been completed. DoIT will be able to generate the following kinds of reports based on your request:

• Standard Item Analysis
• Roster Report
• Class Response Report

The reports may be in paper form, or the data sent as an e-mail attachment on request.
